Anyone who actually mailed these in must have been very disappointed due to the fact that not a single title ever made it to 12 issues. If you are familiar with the comics themselves, you will notice that the ads consist mostly of art from various issues combined together to form new art. SUBSCRIPTION FORM #1 The first subscription form was a card that was provided with the first few publications. I do not know how else they were distributed or how common they are. SUBSCRIPTION FORM #2 The second form and the first full page ad. The covers shown in the ad feature mock up art for some, and 'Coming Soon' for the cover of Game Boy. SUBSCRIPTION FORM #3 Third form.
